EP 2 GREASE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EP 2 GREASE is first generation Lithium soap base grease containing extreme pressure [EP] additives for enhanced load bearing capacity. These greases are formulated with high quality paraffinic base oils and are fortified with balanced oxidation and rust inhibitors, as also EP additives. EP 2 GREASE possesses excellent shear stability under heavy duty service. EP 2 GREASE has excellent water tolerance and is adaptable to normal grease dispensing systems including centralised lubrication systems.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EP 2 GREASE is designed as multifunctional extreme pressure greases for prevention of wear, during usage at temperatures upto 130⁰C. EP 2 GREASE can be used in plain and anti-friction bearings operating under high load conditions in various heavy duty industrial applications, steel mills, paper mills, heavy structural construction/fabrication industries, mining and automotive industries. EP 2 GREASE is also recommended for use in flexible type gear couplings.

EP 3 GREASE

GRAPHITE GREASE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Graphite Grease is a quality, smooth, lithium soap based grease and fortified with the best known natural solid lubricant, graphite. Manufactured to NLGI 2 consistency, the grease provides the best combination of performance and economy for most applications. Graphite Grease are resistant to water and have good mechanical stability.

The use of this grease will minimize wear through the use of the solid lubricant (graphite) and provide extended lubricant coverage due to even distribution of the product along the wearing parts. This also reduces the noise of the metal-joints by minimizing metal to metal contacts. It pumps ovr a wide temperature range and resists water washing.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Graphite Grease is recommended for use in gears, cams and slides operating at temperatures ambient to 140C. This grease is recommended for use in hydraulic rams, plungers, slides, elevator cables, leaf springs, life guides, pantograph pans etc. These grease are also recommended for flexible couplings in various industrial applications where incidental water contact is high. The grease conforms to IS:508 (1987).

MP 3 GREASE

(Multi-Purpose Grease)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MP 3 Grease is made from high quality mineral oil thickened with lithium soap and fortified with functional additives to impart oxidation and corrosion resistance. MP 3 conforms to IS : 7623 (1993) and IPSS-1-09-006 (97) specifications.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

MP 3 Grease is recommended for multipurpose applications including high performance wheel bearings, chassis points, water pump bearings. They are pumpable and can be dispensed by any greasing system. MP 3 Grease is recommended for all normal grease application areas.

MP 2 GREASE

(Multi-Purpose Grease)

CALCIUM GREASE

(Premium Quality Chassis Grease)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CALCIUM GREASE 2 is a time tested Calcium base grease fortified with extreme pressure additives and tackifiers for optimum performance under severe road conditions of shock loads and vibrations.
CALCIUM GREASE 2 is highly water repellant and surpasses all stipulated specifications of IS:506.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

CALCIUM GREASE 2 is recommended for all types of chassis lubrication requirements such as ball joints, suspensions, steering gear systems, plain bearings, bushings and pins in automotive chassis assemblies. CALCIUM GREASE 2 due to its excellent water resistance is ideally suited for automotive under-carriage protective coating during monsoons and wet operating conditions.

MOLY GREASES

(Heavy Duty EP Greases with Molysulphide)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MOLY GREASES are solid lubricant containing multipurpose Lithium hydroxy stearate soap greases based on paraffinic mineral oils. MOLY GREASES also contain antioxidants, anti corrosion and extreme pressure additives together with molybdenum disulfide for enhanced extreme pressure and anti-seize performance. MOLY GREASES exhibit good water resistance and excellent adherence to metal surfaces.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

MOLYGREASES are suitable for plain bearings and gears in wide variety of applications. These can also be used in slow speed rolling and angular contact bearings having adequate clearance to take care of solid particles.

MOLY GREASES are particularly recommended for use under boundary lubrication conditions, especially where sliding motion or vibrations can cause the grease to squeeze out from the surfaces in contact. MOLY GREASES provide protection against fretting corrosion, typically associated with splined shafts, pivot pins, constant velocity joints, other ball joints and on parts subjected to oscillating and sliding motion. MOLY GREASES are generally recommended for all difficult service conditions such as dust, exposure to vapors and rains, recurrence of shock loads.

MOLY GREASES can also be dispensed through centralized lubrication systems.
